1. Scope of Work
The company agrees to provide epoxy flooring installation, repair, and maintenance services as outlined in the customer’s signed proposal or invoice.
Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope will be subject to a separate quotation and approval.
2. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Prices may vary based on site conditions, material availability, or customer-requested changes.
Taxes, permits, and disposal fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless specified.
3. Payment Terms
A deposit of 50% is required to secure scheduling.
The balance is due upon completion of the design coat unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Final topcoat will be applied upon completion of payment.
4. Scheduling & Delays
Project start dates are scheduled based on material availability and weather conditions.
The company is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control (e.g., supplier shortages, weather, customer site readiness).
5. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must ensure the work area is accessible, clean, and free of obstructions before installation begins.
Any pre-existing issues with the substrate (e.g., cracks, moisture, uneven surfaces) must be disclosed.
Pets, children, and non-essential personnel should be kept away from the work area during installation.
6. Warranty
Epoxy flooring installations are warranted against defects in workmanship for 2 years from the completion date.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or external factors (e.g., flooding, chemical spills).
Normal wear and tear, scratches, and discoloration are not covered under warranty.
7. Liability
The company is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of epoxy flooring.
Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 3 Days before the scheduled start date.
Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have already been ordered.
Refunds will be processed within 5 days of cancellation approval.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of North Carolina.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Lillington, North Carolina.
10. Acceptance
By signing the proposal or invoice, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
